The Natural Resources Development Corporation Limited (NRDCL) observed its 18th Foundation Day on 7th November 2025, marking another significant milestone in the company’s journey. The celebration was held in a modest manner, bringing together officials and employees to reflect on the company’s achievements and aspirations.
Speaking at the occasion, the Chief Executive Officer highlighted the importance of the day and reminded employees of their crucial role in advancing the company’s mission. He emphasized the need for continued commitment, dedication, and loyalty in serving the organization and taking it forward in alignment with DHI’s 10x Vision. The CEO also extended heartfelt appreciation to all employees—both past and present—particularly acknowledging the invaluable contributions of the field staff serving in every nook and corner of the country.
A key highlight of the day was the award presentation ceremony, recognizing outstanding performances across various regions, units, and employees. Awards presented included Best Performing Region, Special Performance Award to Unit, Best Machine Operators, Best Driver, Best Employee, Multitasker Award, Service Mindset Award, One-Man Champion Award, Legacy Builder Award, as well as Appreciation and Recognition Certificates to Mechanics and other deserving employees for their exemplary service.
The award recipients expressed their gratitude to the management and their respective regions for the recognition and reaffirmed their commitment to continue contributing meaningfully to the company’s growth in future. The program ended with a Tashi Lebay.
