Dasho Karma Tshiteem
          Chairman

Dasho Karma Tshiteem has MBA from University of Canberra, Australia. Dasho is currently serving as the Head of the National Service Core Working Group. Prior to that, Dasho has served in various capacities in the Royal Government of Bhutan such as the Member of the Internal Government, 2018, Chairman of the Royal Civil Service Commission and the Secretary of the Gross National Happiness Commission. Dasho has also served in many other important managerial positions in public service and also holds additional portfolios in various committee and boards including The Royal Academy and the Royal Institute of Governance and Strategic Studies. Dasho was awarded the Red Scarf by His Majesty the King on 17 December, 2015. Dasho, is the Chairman of NRDCL Board.

       Dasho Rinzin Dorji
       Board Director

Dasho Rinzin Dorji is currently serving as Secretary for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests. His Majesty The King conferred Trashi Khadar to him on 16 August 2016. Prior to his current appointment, Dasho has served as the Director General for the Construction Development Board, Ministry of Works and Human Settlement. Dasho started his career as an Accountant at the Department of Industry in 1984. He also served as a Trainee Officer and Administrative Officer at the Department of Geology and Mines. Following this, he has served as a Regional Director for Trade and Industry Office in Gelephu and as Deputy Secretary for Ministry of Economic Affairs. Further, he was one of the Directors for Anti-Corruption Commission between 2007-20014. Dasho has Bachelors degree from Punjab University, India and Masters degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, United States. He is from Bji, Haa.

Dr. Damber Singh Kharka
    Board Director

Dr. Damber Singh Kharka has a PhD in Finance from Haryana School of Business and Master in Economics from UNB, Canada . He has more than 29 Years of work experience in the field of Finance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Capacity Development and Management disciplines. He is currently serving as the Director, Corporate Performance Department, DHI. He serves as non-independent, non-executive director on NRDCL Board.

Mr. Rinchen Wangdi
   Board Director

Mr. Rinchen Wangdi is currently serving as the Director of the Gross National Happiness Commission. He received his Masters in Development Economics from Australian National University (ANU), Canberra, Australia. He has Bachelor of Arts from Sherubtse College, Kanglung, Trashigang. He serves as Independent Non-Executive Director on NRDCL Board.

Mr. Karma Tenzin
  Board Director 

Karma Tenzin started his career in 2007 as a Livestock Officer under the Department of Livestock. He also served at the National Cold Water Fishery Centre, Haa. He has a Bachelor Degree from Sherubtse College, Trashigang and Masters Degree in Biology (Environmental Fisheries) from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. His Majesty The King appointed Karma Tenzin, the Project Coordinator of the Royal Projects Coordination Office under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests as a Zimpon Wogma on 10 November 2016. He serves as Independent Non-Executive Director on NRDCL Board.

Mr. Chencho
Board Director 

Mr. Chencho is the Cabinet Director and Principal Secretary to Hon’ble Prime Minister. He received his Master in Applied Science (Information System) RMIT University, Australia and Bachelors in Information Technology from Sherubtse College. Before joining to the Prime Minister‘s Office, he served as a Chief Program Officer in GNHC. He serves as Independent Non-Executive Director on NRDCL Board.

Mr. Bachu Phub Dorji
Board Director/CEO

Mr. Bachu Phub Dorji, the former Managing Director of Kuensel Corporation, who has joined the company from 1st November 2020. He brings with him many years of experience across multiple organizations both in the government and the corporate world. Under his leadership, NRDCL aspires to continue undaunted in fulfilling His Majesty’s vision of ensuring that every organization gives their optimum in serving the nation.
